Registration/Class Policies

Swim Programs

  • Year round programs that meet once or twice a week
  • Summer sessions are 2 weeks long/meeting every day for ages 3 and up.


  • A $40 membership fee per family is payable at the time of initial enrollment and annually. 

Tuition/Drop Policy

  • Tuition is billed the 1st of the month with the credit card on file.
  • There is a $15 fee for declined credit cards.
  • If you wish to discontinue lessons please contact the front desk before the first of the month to cease lessons beginning the following month. Ex. if you would like to discontinue lessons in March, you would have to let us know before February 1st.


  • Payments made for tuition are non-refundable.


  • Make-up lessons will be scheduled if your class is cancelled by us due to bad weather, situations out of our control, or a teacher conflict.
  • Under these circumstances, parents are contacted to reschedule the lesson.
  • There are no make-ups for illness or other absence on the child’s or parent’s part.

Class/Lesson Etiquette

  • Students who are not yet potty-trained must wear two swim diapers: one disposable and one non-disposable (available at Saint Street Swim.)
  • Please do not let your child eat before lessons. (No food or drinks are allowed indoors.)
  • Please remove your child’s jewelry.
  • Long hair should be pulled back out of the child’s face.
  • Bring a cozy towel. (Towel rentals $2.00).
  • Please arrive on time for your child’s lesson.
  • Only students, teachers and staff are allowed on the pool deck during lessons.
  • Parent can view lessons from the observation room.
  • Please respect others in the observation room; keep children under control.
  • If you must leave during lessons, please notify the Front Desk and/or your child’s teacher.
  • Please use the blue bench to change children during lessons then exit through the back door only.
  • Please pick up your child immediately after his/her lesson.
  • Leave questions for your child’s instructor at the Front Desk. They will contact you at their earliest convenience.
  • Wet swimmers are not allowed upstairs or in the reception area.

Important General Policies for Parents


  • Please do not bring your child to lessons if he or she has does not feel well.
  • Do not bring a child to class if he/she has a fever or may be contagious.

Potty Training

  • If your child needs assistance in the bathroom, please stay within sight of the lesson in case you are needed.
  • All swimmers not 100% potty trained must wear 2 swim diapers, one disposable swim diaper and one non-disposable swim diaper (I-play brand provided by Saint Street Swim) worn on top.
  • All swimmers under 36 months must wear 2 swim diapers. One disposable swim diaper and one non-disposable swim diaper (I-Play brand provided by Saint Street Swim) worn on top.

Parking Lot/Parking Policies

  • Please obey the parking signs in front of the building and use caution when entering or exiting the parking lot.
  • Please do not park or idle in front of the entry door.
  • Children may NOT be dropped off in front of the building because of safety issues.
Facilities Policies
  • Only students, instructors, and staff are allowed on the pool deck during lessons.
  • Please observe your child from the upstairs observation room.
  • Please exit through the rear door (near the changing bench) with your wet swimmer.
  • Wet swimmers are not allowed in the lobby or observation room as they make surfaces slippery and dangerous.
  • Please do not bring strollers into the facility.
